Mental health support for Jasmine after a long hospital stay
Jasmine is working through a long hospital stay and needs help paying for 10 sessions with a licensed counselor.

After a long hospital stay, I've struggled with anxiety, sleep and panic attacks. My doctor has referred me to family counseling, but the public waiting list is 6 months, and private sessions at a private practice in Makati cost $10 each.
I have been honest with my employer and taken some time off, but I can't keep going without support.
Therapy has already helped a little in the sessions I could afford. My therapist recommends 10 weekly sessions, and I know that consistent help will make the difference.
Asking for help with this has been the hardest part, and I'm grateful for your kindness without judgment.
