Donate a coat: Venkat is collecting for 106 families
Coats, boots, hats and gloves are needed before the cold snap.

I coordinate donations at the Acacia Family Centre in Mumbai. Every year around this time we hear from families who have nothing warm for their children, and this year demand has more than doubled.
We're collecting clean, gently used or new coats, boots, hats, gloves and scarves in sizes kids' 3 to 5 and women's S-L. If you're in Mumbai, we can arrange a pick-up or you can drop things at the Acacia Family Centre on Saturday between 10am and 2pm.
If you're elsewhere, you may offer to sponsor a coat through a local shop - message in the comments and we can coordinate.
Items go to families directly and the rest to the the Acacia Family Centre clothing bank, which is open to everyone.
Even a small gift gets used right away and I'll thank you myself.
