Mental health support for Alka after the loss of my brother
Alka is working through the loss of my brother and needs help paying for 12 sessions with a licensed counselor.

After the loss of my brother, Alka has struggled with anxiety, sleep and panic attacks. The doctor has referred her to a structured recovery program, but the public waiting list is 11 months, and private sessions at Pune Wellbeing Centre cost $10 each.
Alka has been honest with her employer and taken some time off, but can't keep going without support.
Therapy has already helped a little in the sessions Alka could afford. The therapist recommends 12 weekly sessions, and consistent help will make the difference.
Asking for help with this has been the hardest part for Alka, and we're grateful for your kindness without judgment.
Funds cover only therapy sessions, and I'll share progress updates (not private details) if I'm comfortable.
