Mathilda's school year: uniform, books and a laptop

Mathilda won a place at Braunschweig Boys' High School but the family can't afford the uniform, books and laptop required.

Braunschweig
I earned a place in Form 4 at Braunschweig Boys' High School, and I couldn't be prouder. The school has a long list of things I need, including a laptop for the graphic design course, and a uniform. My mother works two jobs, and the list costs $750, which is more than we have. I love graphic design and want to become a doctor. A laptop will let me do coursework at home instead of waiting for library hours. I'll take care of everything you give me and I promise to work hard. I'll buy the items from the school's approved supplier and post photos of everything. Where the $750 goes: • Laptop: $460 • School uniform and shoes: $100 • Textbooks and workbooks: $110 • Calculator, stationery and a school bag: $80 Glad we found this place.
