Let's build a youth football pitch together in Buenos Aires
A community-led a youth football pitch at the Cedar health centre yard that will serve 566 neighbors.

For twelve years the neighborhood has asked for a youth football pitch. This year a group of 13 volunteers, including a retired civil engineer, decided to stop waiting. The council has given permission for the Cedar health centre yard, but no funding.
We have received donated tools, and the remaining cost is $750.
It will serve about 566 people, including children, seniors and people with disabilities. We'll hold a build day in October and everyone is invited.
We're a small team, and every dollar will be spent in the open - I'll post receipts and progress photos.
All purchases will be made by two volunteers and logged publicly. Surplus funds will go to maintenance.
Where the $750 goes:
• Tools hire and delivery: $80
• Materials: $560
• Safety equipment and signage: $110
Ask me anything below before you decide. I'd rather you were sure.

Shared it with a few friends. Sent it to 21 people at work. God bless.
Shared this with my family. We lost years of savings to something like this so I get it. Love from Łódź.
Rooting for you. More neighborhoods should do this. We're a small family in Durban but we're thinking of you. Greetings from Durban.
