Kioko's final semester of a degree in civil engineering in Jinja

Kioko is the first person in the family to go to university. He is studying a degree in civil engineering at Jinja Community College, and is two terms away from graduating. He has worked as a barista to pay the way, but this term the hours were cut and there's an unpaid balance of $600. The registrar has said Kioko can't enroll for the next term until the balance is cleared. Kioko has a distinction average, and a faculty supervisor has written in support. Graduating means a stable job and the chance to support the younger siblings. Without enrolling this term Kioko would lose his place and scholarship eligibility. Kioko isn't asking for a handout - He wants to finish what He started and help the next student.
