Elias called the provider and asked about a payment plan, but they need a down payment of $65 first, which isn't available.
The household includes a newborn, and going through the rainy season without water isn't safe. We can't cook, keep medicine cold or heat the home.
Elias is working on getting back on his feet, and wants to pay it forward once steady.
Every dollar goes to the account in Elias's name; a copy of the paid bill will be shared in the updates.
