Keep the water on at Carlo's home in Tacoma
Carlo is behind on water bills after a reduction in hours and needs $950 to avoid a shut-off.

The water account is 4 months behind. Carlo received a disconnection notice that says service will be cut off on November unless $950 is paid. He had never been late before a reduction in hours.
Carlo called the provider and asked about a payment plan, but they need a down payment of $200 first, which isn't available.
The household includes an elderly mother, and going through the rainy season without water isn't safe. We can't cook, keep medicine cold or heat the home.
Carlo is working on getting back on his feet, and wants to pay it forward once steady.
The money will go directly to the utility provider, and I'll post the paid statement here.
Where the $950 goes:
• Utility arrears: $610
• Reconnection and late fees: $120
• Down payment on a payment plan: $220
Whatever you can give, even just sharing this page, means a lot.

Praying for you. Hope you get there. I'm in construction myself and wanted you to know we're cheering for you. Love from Quezon City!
Hope things get better soon, Allan. Looking forward to the next update. The breakdown of costs made it easy to trust!
Take care. Gave what I could, wish it was more. After 25 years in accounting I know how hard it's to ask for anything.
