Keep the electricity and water on at Willow's home in Sacramento
Help Willow cover an overdue electricity and water bill so the household stays safe this winter.

The electricity and water account is 2 months behind. I received a disconnection notice that says service will be cut off on July unless I pay $700. I have never been late before losing my job in March.
I called the provider and asked about a payment plan, but they need a down payment of $145 first, which I don't have.
I live with a disabled brother, and going through winter without electricity and water isn't safe. We can't cook, keep medicine cold or heat the home.
I'm working on getting back on my feet, and will pay forward whatever help I can once I'm steady.
The money will go directly to the utility provider, and I'll post the paid statement here.
Where the $700 goes:
• Gas arrears: $350
• Reconnection and late fees: $65
• Down payment on a payment plan: $285
Ask me anything below before you decide. I'd rather you were sure.

Thinking of you, Willow. A secure home matters so much. Hope you're settled soon. My neighbor in Narayanganj donated after I showed her your page. Blessings.
you're not alone, Willow. Hope this works out for you
Thinking of you, Willow. I hope your landlord gives you a bit more time while this comes together. Sent it to 20 people at work. God bless!
