He has worked as a night-shift cleaner to pay the way, but this term the hours were cut and there's an unpaid balance of $4,550. The registrar has said Josiah can't enroll for the next term until the balance is cleared. Josiah has a 3.9 average, and an academic advisor has written in support. Graduating means a stable job and the chance to support the younger siblings. Without enrolling this term Josiah would lose his place and scholarship eligibility. Josiah isn't asking for a handout - He wants to finish what He started and help the next student. The payment will go directly to the the Mobile Institute of Technology bursar's office.
