Natalia is behind on electricity and water bills after a reduction in hours and needs $700 to avoid a shut-off.

The electricity and water account is 2 months behind. Natalia received a disconnection notice that says service will be cut off on December unless $700 is paid. She had never been late before a reduction in hours.
Natalia called the provider and asked about a payment plan, but they need a down payment of $160 first, which isn't available.
The household includes a parent on oxygen therapy, and going through the cold months without electricity and water isn't safe. We would also lose the ability to run the medical equipment at home.
Natalia is working on getting back on her feet, and wants to pay it forward once steady.
Every dollar goes to the account in Natalia's name; a copy of the paid bill will be shared in the updates.
