A disconnection notice for electricity and water arrived and Dinesh needs $900 before August.

The electricity and water account is 2 months behind. I received a disconnection notice that says service will be cut off on August unless I pay $900. I have never been late before an unexpected car repair.
I called the provider and asked about a payment plan, but they need a down payment of $105 first, which I don't have.
I live with a newborn, and going through summer without electricity and water isn't safe. We can't cook, keep medicine cold or heat the home.
I'm working on getting back on my feet, and will pay forward whatever help I can once I'm steady.
The money will go directly to the utility provider, and I'll post the paid statement here.

I was in a similar spot a few years ago and it did get better. My late mom used to say help given quietly counts double. Take care!
