Karan wants to stay at home - help fund eight months of care

I'm caring for my father, who's 79. After the death of his spouse Karan can no longer manage alone. A nursing home would cost far more than we have, and Karan desperately wants to stay at home. I work 50 hours a week and have cut back to look after him, but we need a part-time carer. Karan worked all of his life as a nurse, and raised 5 children.
