We are short of hands for the Free Bike Repair Day; can you spare a morning?

Every year the Free Bike Repair Day brings together 516 neighbors in Shinjuku. I help organize it with 6 other volunteers, and this year our numbers are down. We need people for stewarding, first-aid support and clean-up. Shifts are three hours long and you can pick the one that suits you. Food and drinks are provided for all volunteers. It's a family-friendly day, and our goal is to keep it free. No experience is necessary - we'll brief everyone at the start of the day. If you can come with a friend, even better. Please say in the comments which shift works for you. I'll keep this page updated with receipts as things happen.

          • Rooting for you, Naoki. I've been in a tough spot myself and it does get easier. We lost years of savings to something like this so I get it. Take care
