Looking for a licensed HVAC technician in Mumbai to donate time or work at cost.

In May an inspector told me that my home has dangerous exposed wiring in two rooms. It's a safety risk for me and my elderly mother. The landlord has refused to act, and quotes of $220 are beyond us.
I'm looking for a licensed HVAC technician who may be able to donate a few hours or do the repair at cost. I can cover the parts, which I estimate at $30.
The job should take about eight hours. I'll make sure someone is home and will provide refreshments. I can share the inspector's written report on request.
If you're a HVAC technician and can help, or know a program that assists with this sort of repair, I'd really appreciate it.
I never thought I'd be the one asking, and I'm grateful for every bit of support.

Praying for you, Siva. Gave what I could, wish it was more. God bless.
Reading this made my day a bit heavier but I'm glad I did. My neighbor in Philadelphia donated after I showed her your page.
Hope you get there. Wish I lived closer to Fort Worth so I could bring a meal
so sorry you're going through this. Your post was clear and honest. Greetings from Pretoria.
Thinking of you and your family, Siva. This could happen to any of us. Sent it to 10 people at work.
