Help Walker get back to civilian life: housing deposit and training
After four years of service, Walker is raising funds for a trained service dog and handler course.

I served four years in the medical corps and was discharged in 2023 with a traumatic brain injury. I have been waiting nine months for support, and meanwhile I'm sleeping at my brother's place.
I have a plan: a trained service dog and handler course. The quote I have comes to $4,350.
I'm receiving counseling through the veterans' clinic and am committed to my recovery. Structure and a stable place to live are the missing pieces.
I'd be grateful for any help and will share updates on how I'm doing.
I'll post invoices, with personal details hidden.
Where the $4,350 goes:
• Training provider fees: $2,750
• Housing deposit and first month: $1,050
• Transport to appointments: $550
Even a small gift gets used right away and I'll thank you myself.

Thinking of you and your family, Walker. It takes guts to ask. Well done. My husband and I read this together. God bless.
Hope it all works out. Hope this works out for you. Greetings from Sydney!
Thanks for sharing this, Walker. Gave what I could, wish it was more. Put this on a community board in Busan this morning. Blessings
Take care, Walker. Shared it with a few friends. My neighbor in Rohini donated after I showed her your page. Take care.
