Help Skylar pay for ACL reconstruction at London University Hospital

Skylar was diagnosed with an aortic valve defect in July. The surgeon at London University Hospital recommended ACL reconstruction, and She is scheduled for October. The hospital's financial office gave us a written estimate of $6,500, and after what my insurance will pay we're still $3,950 short.
my mother has been in and out of London University Hospital since July. The doctors say an aortic valve defect will get worse without ACL reconstruction. We have emptied our savings and borrowed from relatives, but the estimate of $6,500 is more than we can find.
While we wait, Skylar struggles with daily life and can't climb stairs. Her family has taken turns caring for her, and I've cut my own work hours to be there.
Rehabilitation is expected to take about 7 weeks. During that time Skylar won't be able to climb stairs, so the costs keep growing.

The list at the bottom is the whole picture. physiotherapy sessions is the biggest at $650.
