Help Maricel finish a master's in public health at Quezon City University - $550 to go

Maricel is the first person in the family to go to university. She is studying a master's in public health at Quezon City University, and is one semester away from graduating. She has worked as a delivery rider to pay the way, but this term the hours were cut and there's an unpaid balance of $550. The registrar has said Maricel can't enroll for the next term until the balance is cleared. Maricel has a 3.8 average, and a professor has written in support. Graduating means a stable job and the chance to support the younger siblings. Without enrolling this term Maricel would lose her place and scholarship eligibility. Maricel isn't asking for a handout - She wants to finish what She started and help the next student. Everything raised goes to the university's accounts office toward the outstanding balance and the final term's fees. Where the $550 goes: • Textbooks and materials: $25 • Outstanding tuition balance: $290 • Final term tuition: $235 With deep gratitude, Joyce
