Emergency vet bill for Luna in Ikeja
Luna, Amaka's rescue greyhound, needs urgent treatment for a ruptured cruciate ligament costing $250.

Luna is my rescue greyhound of thirteen years. On 11 June we rushed to Ikeja Animal Hospital with a ruptured cruciate ligament. The vet recommends a hospital stay and surgery, and the estimate came to $250.
They have stabilized Luna, but the treatment can't wait beyond September.
Luna is more than a pet - Luna walks my kids to the bus stop every morning. I have already put $30 toward the bills and asked for a payment plan.
Whatever I can't raise, I'll repay to anyone who needs it back.
Funds will be paid straight to Ikeja Animal Hospital and I'll share the invoice and an update on Luna's recovery.
Where the $250 goes:
• Emergency surgery: $120
• Hospitalization (3 nights): $75
• Medication and follow-up visits: $30
• Diagnostics (X-ray, bloodwork): $25
