Luke was diagnosed with multiple myeloma in November. The oncology team at Albany Regional Medical Center has planned 10 rounds of treatment, starting in January. He will be away from work for about 4 weeks. Luke is 50, worked as a bank teller until November, and has always been the one who looks after everyone else. Now it's our turn to look after him. Treatment is covered only in part. Medication that isn't on the approved list, trips to Albany Regional Medical Center 5 times a week, and the income the family has lost add up quickly. We've already sold what we could and have begun borrowing for groceries. Every kindness from you takes weight off his shoulders. I'll post every invoice and receipt as an update so donors can follow where each gift goes.
