Help Julián keep his home - 5 months behind on rent
After the closure of the factory, Julián is 5 months behind on rent and has a court summons for non-payment from the landlord.

After a car accident that kept me from work for 10 weeks, Julián fell 5 months behind on rent. Last Tuesday a court summons for non-payment was taped to the door, and the amount owed is $3,350.
The landlord was understanding for a while, but has now been clear: if the arrears aren't cleared by April, the family must leave.
There are 1 children at home. Moving would mean new schools, a new commute and no deposit to put down anywhere else.
Julián has started working evenings as a cleaner, and is applying for help from local services, but nothing will arrive in time without the rest of the gap covered here.
The money will be paid directly to the landlord and I'll upload the receipt once it's done.
Where the $3,350 goes:
• Rent arrears (5 months): $2,000
• Late fees and court costs: $220
• Utilities in arrears: $155
• First month of rent as a buffer: $975

so sorry you're going through this, Karina. Gave what I could, wish it was more. Take care.
Reading this made my day a bit heavier but I'm glad I did. My neighbor in Bekasi donated after I showed her your page.
