Join the Community Soup Kitchen Night: Gregory needs helpers on Sunday
Give a few hours to the Community Soup Kitchen Night - everyone is welcome and no experience is needed.
🇺🇸 Akron, Ohio, United States59 views
Every year the Community Soup Kitchen Night brings together 501 neighbors in Akron. I help organize it with 7 other volunteers, and this year our numbers are down.
We need people for registration, sorting donations and carrying boxes. Shifts are four hours long and you can pick the one that suits you. Food and drinks are provided for all volunteers.
It's a long-standing tradition, and our goal is to keep it free. No experience is necessary - we'll brief everyone at the start of the day.
If you can come with a friend, even better. Please say in the comments which shift works for you.
Please ask me anything in the questions section. I'll answer honestly and quickly.
