After an unsafe stairwell, I found a safe, affordable apartment in Beersheba, and the lease starts on Saturday. I have three kids, a few pieces of furniture and no money for movers.
I'm hoping for anyone with a van for about six hours. If you have a van or pickup, that would help enormously - I'll cover fuel.
The old place is on the third floor with no elevator and the new place has an elevator. We'll do it in two trips. Lunch and cold drinks are on me.
I know this is a lot to ask of strangers. I'd be happy to share references from my landlord and my employer.

I was in a similar spot a few years ago and it did get better. Don't lose heart. A few weeks ago I was in a hole too and it changed faster than I expected. Thinking of Beersheba.
