Help Hans restart a phone repair counter in Karlsruhe after a fire in the building
A phone repair counter in Karlsruhe needs help replacing a soldering station and testing tools after a fire in the building.
🇩🇪 Germany2,702 views
For three years I have run a phone repair counter in Karlsruhe. In May, a fire in the building took a soldering station and testing tools. I have no insurance, and the bank won't lend to me.
Before that, my customers came every Friday, and I employed 1 people from the neighborhood. I have been out of business for 10 weeks.
This business pays my children's school fees and rent. I have already started working from home in small ways, but I can't meet orders without proper equipment.
Every contribution brings me closer to reopening, and I promise to post photos as I buy each item.
Once I'm back on my feet I plan to hire back the people I had to let go.
Where the $3,850 goes:
• Replacing a soldering station and testing tools: $2,100
• Initial stock: replacement parts: $640
• Shop repairs and licensing: $470
• Working capital for the first month: $640
Whatever you can give, even just sharing this page, means a lot.
