Sari was diagnosed with a thyroid nodule that needs removal in October. The surgeon at Jakarta Selatan Regional Medical Center recommended a craniotomy, and She is scheduled for January. The hospital's financial office gave us a written estimate of $1,750, and after what the public health scheme will pay we're still $1,050 short.
my mother has been in and out of Jakarta Selatan Regional Medical Center since October. The doctors say a thyroid nodule that needs removal will get worse without a craniotomy. We have emptied our savings and borrowed from relatives, but the estimate of $1,750 is more than we can find.
While we wait, Sari struggles with daily life and can't look after the children alone. Her family has taken turns caring for her, and I've cut my own work hours to be there.
