Help Habib through 6 rounds of treatment for kidney cancer
6 rounds of treatment are planned at the Lucknow Oncology Institute; we're asking for help with the costs insurance doesn't cover.

Habib was diagnosed with kidney cancer in June. The oncology team at the Lucknow Oncology Institute has planned 6 rounds of treatment, starting in September. He will be away from work for about 12 weeks.
Habib is 38, worked as a bus conductor until June, and has always been the one who looks after everyone else. Now it's our turn to look after him.
Treatment is covered only in part. Medication that isn't on the approved list, trips to the Lucknow Oncology Institute 4 times a week, and the income the family has lost add up quickly.
We've already sold what we could and have begun borrowing for groceries. Every kindness from you takes weight off his shoulders.
Funds will be used only for treatment, medication, transport to appointments and essential living costs during treatment.
Where the $1,150 goes:
• Household costs while unable to work: $140
• Chemotherapy and medication not covered: $880
• Nutrition and supplements prescribed by the care team: $130
