Supporting Daniela through acute lymphoblastic leukemia: medication, transport to Santos Cancer Centre, and living costs while She can't work.

In July I was diagnosed with acute lymphoblastic leukemia. My oncology team at Santos Cancer Centre has planned 12 rounds of treatment, and the first starts in October. I was told to expect about 12 weeks away from work.
I never imagined I'd be writing something like this. I'm 24, I worked as a shop owner until July, and I have been the main earner for my household.
Treatment is covered only in part. Medication that isn't on the approved list, transport to Santos Cancer Centre 2 times a week, and the income I have lost add up quickly.
My family is doing everything they can, but we've already sold what we could and are borrowing for groceries.
Funds will be used only for treatment, medication, transport to appointments and essential living costs during treatment.
Where the $3,000 goes:
• Chemotherapy and medication not covered: $2,400
• Household costs while unable to work: $280
• Transport to Santos Cancer Centre: $320

Is there a list of costs somewhere? Just curious how it adds up for Daniela
Sure. The biggest one is chemotherapy and medication not covered, $2,400. The rest is in the list at the bottom of the post and I'll upload receipts as I pay each one. Good question.
