Help Elena with an overdue gas bill before the rainy season
Elena is behind on gas bills after my partner leaving the household and needs $250 to avoid a shut-off.

The gas account is 4 months behind. Elena received a disconnection notice that says service will be cut off on November unless $250 is paid. She had never been late before my partner leaving the household.
Elena called the provider and asked about a payment plan, but they need a down payment of $55 first, which isn't available.
The household includes a newborn, and going through the rainy season without gas isn't safe. We can't cook, keep medicine cold or heat the home.
Elena is working on getting back on her feet, and wants to pay it forward once steady.
The money will go directly to the utility provider, and I'll post the paid statement here.
