My tuk-tuk: Camila's only way to earn a living
Without my tuk-tuk Camila can't work; a $600 repair would put her back on the road.

I make my living with my tuk-tuk. 6 weeks ago the fuel pump failed, and the mechanic says the repair will cost $600. Without the vehicle I earn nothing.
I have been borrowing from friends to pay rent, and now I have run out of people to ask.
I support my family of five. Before the breakdown I worked twelve hours a day, six days a week. I have been offered extra shifts for the next three months if I can just get the vehicle working.
I have a written estimate from a certified mechanic and will upload it here.
All money will go toward the parts and labor on the estimate, with a small amount for road tax and insurance renewal.
Where the $600 goes:
• fuel pump replacement (parts): $360
• Labor charges: $120
• Road tax and insurance renewal: $95
• Towing and inspection: $25

Take care, Camila. Small businesses are the heart of Campinas. Hope you're open again soon. I have a 8 year old who wants to send good wishes too. Blessings
Hope it all works out, Camila. I hope things turn around soon. Don't give up. All the best.
