Help Brenda lay Liam to rest with dignity in Ottawa
Brenda lost her husband suddenly and the family can't cover funeral and burial costs of $5,600.

Liam, my husband, passed away on 7 January after a sudden heart attack. He was 22 years old. He was the heart of our family and had no savings or life insurance.
The funeral home has given us a quote of $5,600 and the cemetery needs payment before the burial date of 16 January.
I have already used what I had for the hospital bills. My family is scattered, and many of us are out of work. We want Liam to have a dignified farewell.
Any help at all means a lot, and so do your prayers.
The funds will be paid directly to the funeral home, and I'll share the receipt.

• Funeral home services and casket: $3,350
• Cemetery plot and burial fees: $1,450
• Transport of the deceased: $340
