Harmony Primary School needs a youth football pitch - Nana's neighborhood project
Volunteers in Tema are raising $500 for a youth football pitch at Harmony Primary School.

For five years the neighborhood has asked for a youth football pitch. This year a group of 23 volunteers, including two retired carpenters, decided to stop waiting. The council has given permission for Harmony Primary School, but no funding.
We have received donated timber, and the remaining cost is $500.
It will serve about 288 people, including elderly neighbors living alone. We'll hold a build day in October and everyone is invited.
We're a small team, and every dollar will be spent in the open - I'll post receipts and progress photos.
Funds are spent only on materials, permits and safety equipment; all labor is volunteered.
Where the $500 goes:
• Materials: $310
• Permits and inspections: $45
• Safety equipment and signage: $65
• Tools hire and delivery: $80
Even a small gift gets used right away and I'll thank you myself.
