Knee replacement surgery for Regina: covering what insurance won't

Regina was diagnosed with osteoarthritis in the right knee in June. The surgeon at Saint Luke Hospital recommended knee replacement surgery, and She is scheduled for September. The hospital's financial office gave us a written estimate of $700, and after what the government subsidy will pay we're still $350 short.
my sister has been in and out of Saint Luke Hospital since June. The doctors say osteoarthritis in the right knee will get worse without knee replacement surgery. We have emptied our savings and borrowed from relatives, but the estimate of $700 is more than we can find.
While we wait, Regina struggles with daily life and can't drive. Her family has taken turns caring for her, and I've cut my own work hours to be there.
Rehabilitation is expected to take about 12 weeks. During that time Regina won't be able to drive, so the costs keep growing.
