Gita needs a pair of hearing aids - help us make it happen
Help Gita get a pair of hearing aids so She can join the school sports day.

Gita lives with multiple sclerosis. The occupational therapist at the Kathmandu Rehabilitation Centre has assessed her and recommended a pair of hearing aids. The public scheme doesn't cover it, and the quote from the supplier is $900.
Her current equipment is 12 years old and keeps breaking, which has confined her to home for 3 weeks.
With the right equipment Gita could join the school sports day. It would change everyday life for the whole family.
We've applied to two charities already and received small contributions; this campaign covers the rest.
Funds go toward the equipment, delivery, fitting and a year of servicing.
Where the $900 goes:
• Delivery and set-up: $10
• First-year servicing plan: $30
• pair of hearing aids: $860
I'll keep this page updated with receipts as things happen.
