Water shut-off notice: help Leyla pay $200
Leyla is behind on water bills after my partner leaving the household and needs $200 to avoid a shut-off.

The water account is 4 months behind. I received a disconnection notice that says service will be cut off on November unless I pay $200. I have never been late before my partner leaving the household.
I called the provider and asked about a payment plan, but they need a down payment of $35 first, which I don't have.
I live with a newborn, and going through winter without water isn't safe. Without it we can't refrigerate insulin and food, or keep the house at a safe temperature.
I'm working on getting back on my feet, and will pay forward whatever help I can once I'm steady.
The money will go directly to the utility provider, and I'll post the paid statement here.
Where the $200 goes:
• Electricity arrears: $105
• Reconnection and late fees: $30
• Down payment on a payment plan: $65
