Gijs needs my tuk-tuk repaired to get back to work in Utrecht
Gijs drives for a living in Utrecht, and a broken suspension has stopped all income for 5 weeks.
🇳🇱 Utrecht, Utrecht, Netherlands1,767 views
I make my living with my tuk-tuk. 5 weeks ago the suspension failed, and the mechanic says the repair will cost $1,150. Without the vehicle I earn nothing.
I have been borrowing from friends to pay rent, and now I have run out of people to ask.
I support my 3 children. Before the breakdown I worked eleven hours a day, six days a week. I have been offered extra shifts for the next three months if I can just get the vehicle working.
I have a written estimate from a certified mechanic and will upload it here.
I'll pay the mechanic directly and show you the repaired vehicle in an update.
Where the $1,150 goes:
• suspension replacement (parts): $560
• Labor charges: $260
• Road tax and insurance renewal: $200
• Towing and inspection: $130
Thank you for reading my story.

I'd happily buy from you once you're back up. Love from Medina.
I'd happily buy from you once you're back up. We had a similar scare last year, I know what it feels like. Blessings.
