Daisy is my senior cat of six years. On 4 May we rushed to Los Angeles Veterinary Centre with kidney failure. The vet recommends a hospital stay and surgery, and the estimate came to $1,550. They have stabilized Daisy, but the treatment can't wait beyond July. Daisy is more than a pet - Daisy is the reason I get out of bed. I have already put $190 toward the bills and asked for a payment plan. Whatever I can't raise, I'll repay to anyone who needs it back. If more is raised than needed, the surplus goes to Los Angeles Veterinary Centre's charity fund for other animals. Where the $1,550 goes: • Emergency surgery: $670 • Hospitalization (4 nights): $380 • Medication and follow-up visits: $145 • Diagnostics (X-ray, bloodwork): $355 I'll pay this kindness forward the moment I'm able to.
