Get Artur back on the road: my food truck repair fund
Artur drives for a living in Warsaw, and a broken engine head gasket has stopped all income for 10 weeks.

I make my living with my food truck. 10 weeks ago the engine head gasket failed, and the mechanic says the repair will cost $650. Without the vehicle I earn nothing.
I have been borrowing from friends to pay rent, and now I have run out of people to ask.
I support my family of five. Before the breakdown I worked nine hours a day, six days a week. I have been offered extra shifts for the next four months if I can just get the vehicle working.
I have a written estimate from a certified mechanic and will upload it here.
All money will go toward the parts and labor on the estimate, with a small amount for road tax and insurance renewal.
Where the $650 goes:
• engine head gasket replacement (parts): $350
• Labor charges: $100
• Road tax and insurance renewal: $105
• Towing and inspection: $95
Thank you for reading my story.

Sending good thoughts, Artur. Hope this works out for you. I told my book club about it and three of them are giving too!

You're not alone, Artur. Small businesses are the heart of Warsaw. Hope you're open again soon. Don't lose heart. A few weeks ago I was in a hole too and it changed faster than I expected. Blessings.
