Looking for the owner of an envelope of important papers found yesterday in Rohini.

I'm Swetha. On Sunday morning I found an envelope of important papers near the clinic in Rohini. I don't want to leave it with someone who might not look for the owner, so I'm putting it here.
To protect the owner, I'm not saying everything about it: describe it to me in an offer on this post, and I'll be able to tell whether it's yours. We'll swap contact details through HelpBLESS, and I'll hand it over somewhere public in daylight.
If you know who might have lost it, please pass this on.
Thank you to everyone who has looked.

I have a garden camera facing that street and will check the footage. Flexible on timing.

I walk that way every morning and will keep an eye out. I have shared this in two local groups. Just let me know.
