My landlord in Belo Horizonte has given me an order to leave for 'renovations'. I've read what I can online, but the rules are confusing and different sources contradict each other.
I'm hoping that someone with experience in housing or tenant rights in Minas Gerais could spare 20-30 minutes to explain the process, the deadlines and the documents I should collect.
