Tuition fund for Imran: an agriculture degree at Madurai Community College

Imran is the first person in the family to go to university. He is studying an agriculture degree at Madurai Community College, and is one term away from graduating. He has worked as a night-shift cleaner to pay the way, but this term the hours were cut and there's an unpaid balance of $600. The registrar has said Imran can't enroll for the next term until the balance is cleared. Imran has a first-class average, and a department head has written in support.
