Brandon was diagnosed with prostate cancer in August. The oncology team at Ottawa Regional Medical Center has planned 10 rounds of treatment, starting in October. He will be away from work for about 10 weeks. Brandon is 24, worked as a construction supervisor until August, and has always been the one who looks after everyone else. Now it's our turn to look after him. Treatment is covered only in part. Medication that isn't on the approved list, trips to Ottawa Regional Medical Center 5 times a week, and the income the family has lost add up quickly. We've already sold what we could and have begun borrowing for groceries. Every kindness from you takes weight off his shoulders.
