Julian runs a volunteer pantry feeding 129 families; this fund restocks shelves for the rainy season.

Since 2020, our volunteer team has run the Harvest Pantry every Friday from the back of the old library basement. We started with 12 families, and now we feed 129 each week.
Donations have dropped by about 38% this rainy season, while the line has grown every single week.
We rely on volunteers - 20 of us - and keep no salaries or overhead. I buy staples at wholesale prices at the Rochester market and keep every receipt.
Each $55 feeds a family of four for a week.
I'll post the weekly shopping receipts and a photo of the shelves each Sunday.
Where the $1,150 goes:
• Baby formula and diapers: $300
• Rice, beans, flour and oil (wholesale): $670
• Refrigeration and electricity: $180
I'll keep this page updated with receipts as things happen.
