Bianca, my wife, passed away on 17 August after a short illness. She was 80 years old. She was the heart of our family and had no savings or life insurance. The funeral home has given us a quote of $3,250 and the cemetery needs payment before the burial date of 26 August. I have already used what I had for the hospital bills. My family is scattered, and many of us are out of work. We want Bianca to have a dignified farewell. Any help at all means a lot, and so do your prayers. Anything left over after the funeral will be donated to the Bergamo hospice. Where the $3,250 goes: • Funeral home services and casket: $1,950 • Cemetery plot and burial fees: $1,100 • Memorial gathering for the family: $200 Even a small gift gets used right away and I'll thank you myself.
