Let's build a community garden together in Gujranwala
Volunteers in Gujranwala are raising $400 for a community garden at the Acacia community hall.

For three years the neighborhood has asked for a community garden. This year a group of 15 volunteers, including local mothers, decided to stop waiting. The council has given permission for the Acacia community hall, but no funding.
We have received donated soil and plants, and the remaining cost is $400.
It will serve about 292 people, including local farmers and market traders. We'll hold a build day in November and everyone is invited.
We're a small team, and every dollar will be spent in the open - I'll post receipts and progress photos.
Funds are spent only on materials, permits and safety equipment; all labor is volunteered.
Where the $400 goes:
• Materials: $300
• Permits and inspections: $35
• Safety equipment and signage: $20
• Tools hire and delivery: $45
