Buddy is my three-legged dog of six years. On 22 August we rushed to Fayetteville Animal Hospital with a ruptured cruciate ligament. The vet recommends orthopedic surgery, and the estimate came to $1,950. They have stabilized Buddy, but the treatment can't wait beyond November. Buddy is more than a pet - Buddy is the reason I get out of bed. I have already put $105 toward the bills and asked for a payment plan. Whatever I can't raise, I'll repay to anyone who needs it back. If more is raised than needed, the surplus goes to Fayetteville Animal Hospital's charity fund for other animals. Where the $1,950 goes: • Emergency surgery: $970 • Hospitalization (3 nights): $470 • Medication and follow-up visits: $270 • Diagnostics (X-ray, bloodwork): $240 Thank you for reading my story. - Logan
