Help Dorcas begin Year 11 with a laptop, uniform and books.

Dorcas earned a place in Year 11 at Kinondoni Girls' High School, and the family couldn't be prouder. The school has a long list of things She needs, including a laptop for the chemistry course, and a uniform.
The family has few resources; the list costs $100, which is more than they have.
Dorcas loves chemistry and wants to become a teacher. A laptop will allow coursework at home instead of waiting for library hours.
She will take care of everything given and works very hard.
Items on the list: laptop, uniform, shoes, textbooks, calculator and a bag.
Where the $100 goes:
• Laptop: $50
• School uniform and shoes: $10
• Textbooks and workbooks: $25
• Calculator, stationery and a school bag: $15
Please ask me anything in the questions section. I'll answer honestly and quickly.

keep going, Mary. Reading this made my day a bit heavier but I'm glad I did. My late mom used to say help given quietly counts double.
Sending strength, Mary. As a teacher I love seeing someone work this hard to learn. Please keep us posted. God bless.
You're not alone. Reading this made my day a bit heavier but I'm glad I did. My neighbor in Palmira donated after I showed her your page. Greetings from Palmira.
As a teacher I love seeing someone work this hard to learn. Love from Naivasha
Wishing you the best, Mary. It takes guts to ask. Well done. Don't lose heart. A few weeks ago I was in a hole too and it changed faster than I expected.
reading this made my day a bit heavier but I'm glad I did. After 13 years in farming I know how hard it's to ask for anything. Blessings.
Take care, Mary. Shared it with a few friends. Love from The Hague.
