The heating account is 2 months behind. I received a disconnection notice that says service will be cut off on August unless I pay $150. I have never been late before losing my job in May. I called the provider and asked about a payment plan, but they need a down payment of $40 first, which I don't have. I live with two young children, and going through the cold months without heating isn't safe. We would also lose the ability to run the medical equipment at home.
