Help Kiran afford 12 counseling sessions
Kiran is working through military deployment and needs help paying for 12 sessions with a licensed counselor.

After military deployment, Kiran has struggled with anxiety, sleep and panic attacks. The doctor has referred him to a structured recovery program, but the public waiting list is 8 months, and private sessions at the Kathmandu Counselling Collective cost $10 each.
Kiran has been honest with his employer and taken some time off, but can't keep going without support.
Therapy has already helped a little in the sessions Kiran could afford. The therapist recommends 12 weekly sessions, and consistent help will make the difference.
Asking for help with this has been the hardest part for Kiran, and we're grateful for your kindness without judgment.
Funds cover only therapy sessions, and I'll share progress updates (not private details) if I'm comfortable.

Is there a list of costs somewhere? Just curious how it adds up for Kiran.
Sure. The biggest one is 12 therapy sessions, $270. The rest is in the list at the bottom of the post and I'll upload receipts as I pay each one. Good question.
