Don't let Konjit's family go through the rainy season without gas

A disconnection notice for gas arrived and Konjit needs $100 before July.

The gas account is 3 months behind. I received a disconnection notice that says service will be cut off on July unless I pay $100. I have never been late before an unexpected car repair. I called the provider and asked about a payment plan, but they need a down payment of $10 first, which I don't have. I live with an elderly mother, and going through the rainy season without gas isn't safe. Without it we can't refrigerate insulin and food, or keep the house at a safe temperature. I'm working on getting back on my feet, and will pay forward whatever help I can once I'm steady. The money will go directly to the utility provider, and I'll post the paid statement here. Where the $100 goes: • Electricity arrears: $75 • Reconnection and late fees: $15 • Down payment on a payment plan: $10 Thanks for being kind about this.

Is there a list of costs somewhere? Just curious how it adds up for Konjit.

Take care, Konjit. Reading this made my day a bit heavier but I'm glad I did. My late mom used to say help given quietly counts double.
