Don't let Alyssa's family go through the rainy season without heating
Alyssa is behind on heating bills after August's medical emergency and needs $750 to avoid a shut-off.

The heating account is 4 months behind. Alyssa received a disconnection notice that says service will be cut off on October unless $750 is paid. She had never been late before August's medical emergency.
Alyssa called the provider and asked about a payment plan, but they need a down payment of $65 first, which isn't available.
The household includes a newborn, and going through the rainy season without heating isn't safe. We would also lose the ability to run the medical equipment at home.
Alyssa is working on getting back on her feet, and wants to pay it forward once steady.
Every dollar goes to the account in Alyssa's name; a copy of the paid bill will be shared in the updates.

• Down payment on a payment plan: $240
